KAISA could never do its functions effectively without the able leadership and management of its officers. Prospective aspirants undergo different training and seminar workshops before being appointed the position. Extensive deliberation and discussions are done together with the respective moderators of OSCI.

KAISA, under the Office of Social Concern and Involvement consistently sponsor different projects involving certain areas heavily affected by calamities and disasters. On other times, fund raising activities augment financial funds already established by the organization.
